What you need:

  • 1 jar of Meridian Chocca Crunchy Chocolate Spread
  • 120g good quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
Creates one small square tin. 


  1. Gently melt the dark chocolate in a bain marie. Remove from the heat, then whisk in remaining ingredients, stirring quickly to combine. Pour into a small, lined square tin (or a loaf tin), then place in the fridge to firm up for a few hours. Remove from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature (it tastes best at room temp!) before cutting into slices and enjoying.
