What you need:
- 150-180ml milk of choice
- 8 strawberries, hulled and sliced (or use two handfuls of blueberries)
- One ripe banana, peeled (freeze banana for a creamier, thicker texture)
- 2-3 tbsp oats or protein powder
- 1 tbsp yoghurt of choice
- 1 heaped tbsp Meridian Energy Release Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
