What you need:

  • 150-180ml milk of choice
  • 8 strawberries, hulled and sliced (or use two handfuls of blueberries)
  • One ripe banana, peeled (freeze banana for a creamier, thicker texture)
  • 2-3 tbsp oats or protein powder
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt of choice
  • 1 heaped tbsp Meridian Energy Release Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
