What you need:
- 500ml dairy-free milk of choice (we used coconut)
- 70g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 heaped tbsp Meridian Gingernut Butter
- 1½ tbsp cacao powder
- ½ to 1 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)
- ½ tbsp Meridian Molasses
- Cinnamon powder, to taste (we added ½ tsp)
- Ginger powder, to taste (we added ½ tsp)
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Large pinch of salt
Serves: 2
Instructions:

Heat the milk in a saucepan until warm, then whisk in the remaining ingredients until smooth and chocolatey. Pour into mugs and enjoy immediately.
