What you need:

  • Bread of your choice (toasted)

  • Meridian Smooth Richer Roast Peanut Butter
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • Chilli flakes
  • Fresh coriander


  • Cover a slice of toast generously with the peanut butter, top with slices of ripe avocado, a squeeze of lime, a sprinkle of chilli flakes and a few coriander leaves. Simple!
