What you need:

  • 2 slices wholegrain bread
  • 2 tbsp Meridian peanut butter
  • 3 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Spread the bread with peanut butter on each slice. Layer with the chopped fruit and drizzle over the maple syrup.
