Banana and Almond Yoghurt Pots
What you need:
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp Meridian almond butter
- 2 tsp Meridian maple syrup
- 300ml yoghurt
- A few blueberries to decorate
- In a bowl loosely swirl together the almond butter and yoghurt. Using small jars, glasses or bowls layer the yoghurt mix, sliced banana and a drizzle of syrup. Top with a few blueberries.
- If using jars, put their lids on, otherwise cover with cling film and chill until needed.
