What you need:

  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Meridian Smooth Almond Butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 300ml coconut yoghurt
  • A few blueberries to decorate

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl loosely swirl together the almond butter and coconut yoghurt. Using small jars, glasses or bowls layer the yoghurt mix, sliced banana and a drizzle of syrup. Top with a few blueberries.

  2. If using jars, put their lids on, otherwise cover with cling film and chill until needed.
