Green Tea, Almond Smoothie
What you need:
- 1 green tea bag
- 200ml boiling water
- 2 tbsp Meridian almond butter
- 150g blueberries & red currants
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- Natural sweetener to taste
- Steep the teabags in the boiling water for 4 minutes, remove the bags and chill the tea. Make this ahead and keep in the fridge.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender, liquidiser or nutribullet and blend till smooth. Drink immediately or chill for later.
